Our goal is to make the process easier by offering education, resources, and personalized assistance. All Services are educational and informational in nature. We do not guarantee employment, apprenticeship placement, or any particular outcome.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By accessing our website or purchasing a Service, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement. If you are purchasing Services on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorized to act on their behalf and accept responsibility for their compliance with these Terms.

All fees for Services must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize KJVMC Enterprise Inc. and Stripe to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. Stripe encrypts and processes transactions according to PCI-DSS standards. KJVMC Enterprise Inc. does not store or have access to your full credit card details. If you sign up for a recurring subscription or payment plan, you authorize automatic charges on your account until canceled. You may cancel future billing by contacting us before the next billing date.

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in limited cases, such as duplicate payments or if KJVMC fails to deliver the purchased Service due to circumstances within our control. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within ten business days of the transaction. Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Our Services may include online consultations, virtual training, downloadable materials, or in-person support. You are responsible for providing accurate information, attending scheduled sessions, and using all materials solely for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to modify or replace program content and delivery methods at our discretion to improve service quality or ensure compliance.

All course materials, guides, templates, and digital content are owned by KJVMC Enterprise Inc. and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell our content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use will result in termination of access and may result in legal action.

You agree to use our website and Services responsibly and in accordance with the law. You may not share login credentials, misuse or disrupt our systems, or upload harmful or infringing content. Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

KJVMC Enterprise Inc. provides educational and consulting services only. We make no guarantees about acceptance into apprenticeship programs, employment, or certification results. Decisions about admissions, licensing, or employment are made by the relevant authorities or organizations, not by KJVMC. Your success depends on your own effort, participation, and commitment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KJVMC Enterprise Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, income, or opportunity. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KJVMC Enterprise Inc. and its representatives from any claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

We value your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment details are processed securely through Stripe, and we do not have access to your full payment information.

If you need to cancel a scheduled session, you must notify us at least twenty-four hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session or additional fees, depending on your service agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Jersey.

KJVMC Enterprise Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
